Decider-in-Chief
"I hear the voices, and I read the front page, and I know the speculation. But I'm the decider, and I decide what is best. And what's best is for Don Rumsfeld to remain as the secretary of defense." - G.W. Bush

Actually, in technical terms, a decider is a good thing. The alternative is a machine algorithm that winds up in an infinite loop and tells us nothing. As we see no end, or halted, state, we can draw no conclusions from the execution of the algorithm in question.
So, at least a decider tells us something, even if the decider is a very simple, finite, yet powerful algorithm that supports another simple, finite one.

Smarty-pants. =) How did I get all these math/game show geeks in my life?
I enjoy your use of the words /simple, finite yet powerful/ with reference to the Pres.
