In a meta moment, I went searching desperately through the Boudoir* for this hilarious bit (30 Rock is a ripoff of the Muppet Show, discuss.), only to learn that I had merely posted it to Facebook, and not actually blogged it.

Big Bird: Betty DraperSpends most of the day surrounded by kids. Never strays too far from the nest. Cloaks low-level depression with forced, manic cheer.

I once went to the wedding of one of Jim Henson's children and danced with the dude who animated Big Bird. I'm just throwing that out there for no reason.
