Shuesday: Ruby Slippers
It's Hallowe'en, and rather than share with you over-sexed shoes for witches, I thought I'd go the Wizard of Oz route (the movie, not the book, because in the book she wore silver shoes) and find new shoes to go with my fantabulous full length red dress. I like these, but they're a little too much shoe for the dress. These would be much better. And they're /Catchy/!

I actually made a noise when I saw these shoes. Something between a moan and a sigh. Nothing makes me happier than red shoes.

The dress dates from 1995, so there isn't a link. (Scottish Cowgirl and I went through my closet, and she said I could keep it.) Red wool crepe, fitted with a slightly mandarin neck and a keyhole, sleeveless, fitted, ankle length with a slit. I'll see what I can do - sure I have photos from Convocation around somewhere.
